1. Promoter
This giveaway is run by Bodyworx Fitness Centre, located at 266 Stafford Street, Hokitika, New Zealand.

2. Eligibility

• Open to New Zealand residents aged 16 years and over.

• Employees of Bodyworx Gym and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:

• Like the giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram

• Follow Bodyworx on the platform they enter through. Facebook @bodyworxhokitika, Instagram @bodyworx_hokitika

• Tag at least one friend in the comments (each tag is a separate entry)

• Sharing the post is optional but encouraged!

4. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway will run until engagement slows.

• Bodyworx Gym reserves the right to close entries and draw a winner at any time.

5. Prize Details

• One (1) prize of a 3-month gym membership at Bodyworx Gym.

• Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

• Winner must activate their membership within 1 month of being notified.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries.

• The winner will be announced via Bodyworx Gym’s official social media and contacted via direct message.

• If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner may be drawn.

7. Privacy

• Any personal information collected will only be used to contact the winner and deliver the prize.

• By entering, you agree to your name being shared on our social channels if you win.

8. General

• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

• By entering, participants release Facebook and Instagram from any liability.
