A general discussion about your goals is followed by a health check, weigh-in and fitness test. An optional body composition test and nutrition analysis is also included where required. Your trainer will help you to identify your needs and set realistic goals. An exercise program, specific to you, will include two motivating personal training sessions each week. Along with regular weigh-ins and nutritional advice, these are the core ingredients for success in this program.
